ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION
"QUERCY" : In order to be part of our Quercy region belonging to the Caussadaise region and the Gorges de l'Aveyron.

"D +": In a nod to the unevenness that characterizes our reliefs, but also to recall the founding values of the association: D iversity, D emeration and D ynamism, all in an atmosphere of D etente.
The association "QUERCY D+", founded on September 1st, 2020, aims at practicing physical and sports activities, mainly running and trail running, but also road biking, mountain biking, swimming, hiking, muscle strengthening, Nordic walking, triathlon, etc... In short, everything that can make you sweat!
It provides its members with a site to plan training sessions and organize group sports outings.
